The Impossible Triangle![]() The purest form of an impossible figure. With a minimum of connections, something is drawn that cannot exist. This shape was the inspiration for an innumerable amount of impossible artworks ; including those made by Escher. It's also accredited to Roger Penrose because he published it first in 1958.
